Your Family Readiness Group has been busy hosting a lot of fun events for Vinson Families. In April, members joined us for a Craft Night at Hot Spot in Point Loma – pizza and wine were enjoyed as we custom painted pottery pieces! We also partnered with I Love a Clean San Diego to help clean up an area of Mission Beach. Hot Coffee and fresh bagels and muffins helped warm us up on a cloudy day. It was great to meet other Vinson Families while giving back to the community! In May, we hosted a well attended potluck on Breakers Beach on Coronado Island. Over 35 people enjoyed delicious home cooked food as we played in the sand and relaxed!
